If you are experiencing issues with the‘ Bio’ section of your profile, it may be a formatting issue. This can be resolved by copying and pasting your bio into an Email, or blank word document and applying the ‘Clear Formatting’ tool and remove any emojis. Once you have removed any formatting issues, you can copy and paste the text into the bio section of your profile. If you are having any issues with formatting your bio, please send us a copy of it via email.
